My cousin was an incredible mother. Devoted to the needs of her three amazing girls and ensuring they had the best life possible. 

Jaclyn passed away on December 26, 2022. She was the devoted mother of Gianna, Addison and Gabrielle; loving daughter of Kathleen (nee Milcarsky) and the late William Gorman, Sr.; beloved sister of William, Jr., Christopher and Lauren; dearest aunt of Angelina; also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Jackie was fighting constantly with pulmonary arterial hypertension and she was very grateful for passing her 10 year anniversary from this heart and lung disease that has no cure. She was thankful to her circle of family and friends that helped and supported her through her daily battle.
