Welcome to My Personal Page
Hello, my name is Ana Rodriguez and I was diagnosed with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension in February 2016 after being misdiagnosed for two years. The pressure in my arteries was making it very difficult to breathe and it was causing my heart to work harder pumping blood into those arteries. I always had shortness of breathe, was constantly tired and very dizzy to the point of fainting several times. These everyday challenges for me were very difficult to live with but, with the help of my husband, family, work family and medical team, I have been able to overcome those obsticales little by little.
PH can affect anyone of any age, and it is a chronic and life-changing disease that can lead to right heart failure if left untreated. The Pulmonary Hypertension Association (PHA) is focused on extending and improving the lives of those affected by PH. Your donation will support that very work in a variety of ways including research for new treatments, resources for patient support groups and access to conferences and symposiums for patients and PH medical professionals.
Please consider making a donation to my page, and thank you for all you do to help PHA advance its vision of a world without PH, empowered by hope.
Thank you for supporting me in the PHight against Pulmonary Hypertension (PH)!
MAY GOD'S PEACE BE WITH YOU ALL!!!
