Chicago Stride O2breathe Walk and 5K 2023

Check in: 7:30 am 
5K begins: 8:30 am 
Mile Walk begins: 9 am 
The walk is free to attend. Walkers, please consider making a $25 donation. 

Update: There is free parking on Cannon Drive (right next to the event site) or at Lincoln Park Zoo across the street.
The site is directly across from Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum. 2430 N Cannon Drive, Chicago, IL.

The cost to participate in the 5K is $40. 
  • Every runner will receive a PHA t-shirt
  • First place runner will be announced after the event
  • 5K will be professionally chip timed
