We are here to support those who have been impacted by pulmonary hypertension (PH), — a rare, life-threating disease that affects the lungs and the heart – and its life-changing effects on our loved ones. Please consider joining our team for this year’s event as we come together virtually to raise funds and awareness of PH, and ultimately, find a cure so that we one day achieve a world without PH.
