**PHA’s services and programs are funded by the generosity of our donors and event participants like you. At PHA, protecting the health and safety of our participants, volunteers, and staff remains our top priority.
Beginning in 2022 and in order to resume in-person activities in the safest possible way, we require all participants, guests and volunteers to be fully vaccinated* or have a negative COVID-19 test within 48 hours of the event. Participants must also follow all additional local, state and federal health regulations.
In addition, we ask that participants who are not running or walking at the event to wear masks and maintain a safe social distance (6 feet or more) from one another. Individuals may not attend a PHA event if not feeling well or have symptoms, irrespective of vaccine status. Attendees are required to alert PHA if they experience COVID-19 symptoms and/or receive a positive COVID-19 test within a week after attending an in-person PHA event. Immunocompromised individuals or those on certain medications should seek the advice of a healthcare provider before attending an in-person event.
* “Fully vaccinated” is defined as two Moderna/Pfizer vaccinations plus a booster, or one J&J vaccination plus a booster from Moderna/Pfizer.
PHA, as the event organizer, disclaims any liability for exposure to any infectious disease as a result of attendance at this event. By attending the event, you agree that you are waiving any claims against PHA, and its staff, volunteers and agents for exposure to any infectious diseases that may occur because of your attendance.
